摘要
目的:探讨基因多态性与饮食习惯在中国青少年肥胖述程中的协同作用。方法:根据参考文献选出中国人群重点基因上的60个SNP位点,筛选得到关键位点,调查100位中国青年人的饮食情况,收集身体数据,将饮食类别与基因型信息结合,探求它们对体质量体型的协同影响作用。结果:对男性影响较大的SNP位点是RS429358;对女性影响较大的是RS4994,对女性体质量成分影响较大的是RS662799、RS11800497,对女性体形维度影响较大的是RS429358、RS11800497、RS3751812、RS17782313、RS1800544。男性应注意优质蛋白摄入,女性不同基因型摄入碳水化合物和脂肪会导致不同结果。结论:不同基因型的男女青年若想更好的减重应正确选择蛋白、碳水化合物、脂肪的摄取。
Objective:To explore synergy between genetic polymorphisms and dietary habits on the obesity process among Chinese youth.Methods:We selected 60 most relevant single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs),investigated 100 young Chinese,and collected physical data,diet,and genotype information to evaluate the synergy between diets and genes.Results:RS429358 was the most influential factor for men.RS4994 was the most influential factor for women.RS662799 and RS11800497 were the most influential factors for women's body weight.RS429358,RS11800497,RS3751812,RS17782313 and RS1800544 influenced women's body size.Men should pay attention to high quality protein intake,women with different genotypes might have different results with the intake of the same amount of carbohydrate and fat.Conclusion:Different diet should be selected for people with different genotypes to lose weight.
