摘要 立体化网络评估是在传统高精度数据源的基础上,引入MDT、RFPM、室内外区分、基于数据分析的立体定位等新技术,结合高精度3D立体电子地图,从覆盖、流量、室内外等角度进行网络价值分析,并按照覆盖和流量2个维度筛选出需要覆盖的区域,提供覆盖建设思路和依据。构建以室内+立体为主的新网络分析模式,立体化网络评估技术可以精准评估网络覆盖情况,并以3D沙盘式直观展现结果,同时具备以数据为指引的杆微站精准规划和支持4层立体全方位组网规划,且契合面向未来5G演进趋势。 Based on the traditional high-precision data source,3D network evaluation technology introduces new technologies such as MDT,RFPM,indoor and outdoor differentiation and 3D positioning based on data analysis.Combined with the high-precision 3D electronic map,3D network evaluation technology provides a comprehensive 3D analysis from the perspectives of coverage,traffic and indoor/outdoor scenario.According to the 2 dimensions of traffic and coverage,the areas needed to be covered is screened out,which provides network construction idea and basis.The 3D network evaluation technology constructs a new network analysis mode based on indoor+three-dimensional.And it can accurately assess the network coverage,and display it in 3D sandbox mode.3D network evaluation technology provides poles and micro sites accurate planning function based on data,and supports 4 layer comprehensive networking planning,which also fits for the future trend of 5G evolution.
