摘要
为了确定沥青搅拌站烟气排放试验检测位置,采用流体力学理论与Ansys CFX流体仿真软件相结合的方法,建立流体控制方程模型,并对不同的烟囱进行模态仿真。通过分析流体控制方程模型,可知流体运动规律主要受流体速度、流体压力和流体密度的影响;通过对烟囱模态仿真,可知烟囱内部不同位置的烟气状态不相同,但存在比较稳定的区域,在此区域进行烟气排放试验得到的数据比较准确,可作为研究沥青搅拌站燃烧器燃烧效率的依据。建模分析表明:相对于其他影响因素,流体运动规律主要受流体速度、流体压力及流体密度的影响;烟囱模态仿真分析结果表明,在所设定模型参数下,沥青搅拌站烟气排放试验检测位置主要由烟囱直径决定,对于直径大于0.25 m的圆形烟囱而言,达到稳定区域的距离与烟囱直径的比值可以分为3种情况,当烟囱直径在0.25~1 m时,不宜小于6.0;当烟囱直径在1~2.5 m时,不宜小于5.5;当烟囱直径大于2.5m时,不宜小于3.6。
In order to determine the location of flue gas emission test in an asphalt mixing plant,a fluid control model is established by combining fluid mechanics theories with ANSYS CFX,the fluid simulation software,and the simulation on different chimneys is carried out.By analyzing the fluid control model,it can be obtained that the fluid motion is mainly affected by the fluid velocity,fluid pressure and fluid density.The simulation indicates that the state of flue gas in different positions inside the chimneys is not the same,but that there is a relatively stable region.The flue gas emission test in this region is more accurate,and it can be used as a basis to study the combustion efficiency of the burner of the asphalt mixing plant.Compared with other factors,the fluid movement is mainly affected by the fluid velocity,fluid pressure and fluid density.The simulation results show that the location of flue gas emission test of the asphalt mixing plant is mainly determined by the diameter of the chimneys under the model parameters.For the circular chimney with the diameter larger than 0.25 m,the ratio of the distance that flue gas travels to reach the stable region to the chimney diameter in the stable region falls into three intervals.When the chimney diameter is between 0.25 and 1 m,the ratio should be not less than 6.0.When the chimney diameter is between 1 and 2.5 m,it should be not less than 5.5.When the chimney diameter is larger than 2.5 m,it should be not less than 3.6.
