摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮护理中循证护理的应用效果。方法选择2016年6月~2017年2月本院收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者100例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规方式进行护理,观察组采用询证护理。以治疗有效率、疾病知识掌握度、护理满意度评价两组临床护理效果;以简易SF-36量表评估两组护理对患者健康状况的影响;以抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估两组护理对患者心理状况的影响,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理后治疗有效率、疾病知识掌握度及护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组护理后精神状态、生理功能、心理健康、活力指数等评分均明显高于护理前(P<0.05),其中观察组健康改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组护理后SDS和SAS评分均明显低于护理前(P<0.05),其中观察组抑郁和焦虑改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统性红斑狼疮患者采用循证护理能增强治疗效果,促进患者身心健康,提升疾病知识认知程度和护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing care of systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 100 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus treated in our hospital from June 2016 to February 2017 were selected.According to different nursing methods,the patients in the control group were divided into two groups:the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50).The effect of nursing care on patients'health status was evaluated by simple SF-36 scale and self-rating depression scale(SAS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).Re?sults The effective rate of treatment,the degree of mastery of disease knowledge and the degree of satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the mental state of the observation group and the control group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Physical function,mental health,the scores of vitality index were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the health improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those in the pre-nursing group(P<0.05),among which the depression and anxiety improvement in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Good situation is obviously better than right.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can enhance the therapeutic effect,promote the patients'physical and mental health,improve the knowledge of disease and the degree of satisfaction of nursing,and it is worth popularizing and applying to the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
