摘要
城市燃气企业是天然气产业的重要组成部分,也是天然气储气设施建设和运营的关键环节。通过与中国天然气储气设施发展现状对比,城市燃气企业在储气设施发展方面存在着发展速度缓慢、储气措施单一、资金投入不足、技术力量薄弱等问题,严重制约储气设施的合理发展。为此,城市燃气企业应针对问题有的放矢,采取加大储气设施建设力度、发展多种形式的储气设施、广泛吸纳各类资金、兼容并蓄提升技术实力等措施,不断提升企业在储气设施方面的积极性,达到规定的储气规模。
Urban gas enterprises are an important part of the natural gas industry and a key link in the construction and operation of natural gas storage facilities.As problems of ur-ban gas enterprises in the aspect of development of gas stor-age facilities,such as low development speed,single gas stor-age measures,insufficient capital investment and weak techni-cal force have seriously restricted the reasonable development of gas storage facilities,urban gas enterprises should take targeted measures,such as strengthening the construction of gas storage facilities,developing various forms of gas storage facilities,widely absorbing various kinds of funds,and improving technical strength in an all-inclusive way to continuously en-hance the enthusiasm of enterprises in gas storage facilities and achieve the specified gas storage scale.
