输卤泵技术改造实践与认识

摘要 本文研究离心泵并联增量的主要影响因素,探索新源公司输卤系统产量的主要原因。并通过试验和测试了解离心泵运行工况及性能,发现了输卤系统和设备自身存在较大问题。通过分析研究,优选出适合现状的离心泵、高效运行方式及匹配的管网设计。实践表明,输卤泵设备和管网的有效改造,是提升外输能力和提高节能效果的有效途径。 This paper studies the main influencing factors of centrifugal pump parallel increment and explores the main reasons of halogen delivery system output of Xinyuan company.Through several tests,the operating conditions and performance of centrifugal pumps were understood,and major problems were found in the halogen delivery system and the equipment itself.Through analysis and research,the centrifugal pump suitable for the current situation,efficient operation mode and matching pipe network design are optimized.The practice shows that the effective reconstruction of halogen pump equipment and pipe network is an effective way to improve the ability of external transportation and energy saving effect.
