对转永磁同步电机模型预测控制

摘要 对转永磁同步电机(Anti-rotary PMSM)在采用矢量控制时,可等效为2个相同的电机串联,在同一个空间坐标系中控制。当负载突变时,两侧转子转速发生变化,由于PI调节速度较慢,两侧转子易发生失步现象,系统将不可控。为解决(Anti-rotary PMSM)的失步问题,选取对转电机在旋转坐标系下的d轴电流增量和q轴电流增量为状态变量,研究了适用于对转电机的模型预测控制,提出了对转电机的模型预测电流控制算法。该控制方法动态响应快,而且可以有效避免超调,具有良好的控制性能。仿真结果表明,模型预测控制比传统的PI调节器动态响应快,可以有效解决对转电机的失步问题。 When using Anti-rotary permanent synchronous motor with vector control,it could be equivalent that two identical motors were connected in series and controlled in the same space coordinate system.When the load changes suddenly,both sides of the rotor speed changes,due to the slow adjustment of PI,both sides of the rotor prone to out of synchronization,the system will not be controlled.To solve the problem of losing step of rotating permanent magnet synchronous motor,the d axis current increment and the q axis current increment of the rotating motor in the rotating coordinate system were selected as the state variables,the model predictive control which was suitable for the commutation motor was studied,and the model predictive current control algorithm for the commutation motor was proposed.The control method of dynamic response fast,and could effectively avoid overshoot,with good control performance.The simulation results showed that the model predictive control was faster than the traditional PI regulator,and could effectively solve the problem of losing the step of the rotating motor.
