摘要
研究了水性环氧树脂乳液的制备工艺,采用相反转法,将在过硫酸钾催化条件下由环氧树脂E-51和聚乙二醇-4000反应制得乳化剂与环氧树脂E-51、去离子水按一定比例机械混合,制备出水性环氧树脂乳液。采用红外光谱、激光粒度分析仪、扫描电镜等对该水性环氧树脂乳液的水溶性、稳定性、结构及粒径分布进行表征。结果表明:乳化剂的合成最佳条件为n(E-51)∶n(PEG-4000)∶n(K_2S_2O_8)=2.5∶2.5∶1,反应温度为180℃,反应时间为2 h;当乳化剂质量分数为20%,固质量分数为60%时,所制备的乳液的水溶性和稳定性最好,乳液的粒径分布在0.21~0.37μm区间内。
The preparation of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was studied,using reverse rotation,the emulsifier was prepared by the reaction of epoxy resin E-51 and polyethylene glycol 4000 under the catalysis of potassium persulfate and mixed with epoxy resin E-51 and deionized water in a certain proportion.Then preparation of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion.The water solubility,stability,structure and particle size distribution of the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy.Results show:The optimum condition for the synthesis of emulsifier is n(E-51)∶n(PEG-4000)∶n(K 2 S 2 O 8)=2.5∶2.5∶1,the reaction temperature is 180℃,and the reaction time was 2 h.When the emulsifier content was 20%and the solid content was 60%,the prepared emulsion has the best water solubility and stability,the particle size distribution of emulsion was in the range of 0.21~0.37μm.
