深井大断面硐室稳定性控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决某铜矿深井大断面配电硐室稳定性问题,通过在现场对配电硐室的工程地质情况进行调查,结合配电硐室的服务年限及用途,提出了"喷射混凝土+钢网+锚杆+长锚索"的联合支护方案,运用有限差分软件FLAC-3D建立配电硐室三维数值计算模型,模拟其开挖和支护过程。数值模拟计算结果表明,采用"喷射混凝土+钢网+锚杆+长锚索"的联合支护方案后,配电硐室的塑性区面积明显减小,应力得到释放,围岩的稳定性得到有效控制,可为某铜矿大型配电硐室进行支护提供一定的指导,对其它类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。 In order to solve the problem of the stability of the deep well large section power distribution chamber in an copper mine,by the field investigation of the engineering geological condition,combined with the service life and purpose of the power distribution chamber,the combined support scheme of"sprayed concrete+steel net+anchor bolt+anchor cable"was proposed,by using the finite difference method of FLAC-3D software to establish the three dimensional numerical model,the excavation and support process are simulated.The results show that:by applying the combined support scheme of"sprayed concrete+steel net+anchor bolt+anchor cable",the plastic zone area decreases significantly,the stress is released,and the stability of the surrounding rock is controlled effectively,it can provide some references for the support of power distribution chamber in an copper mine,also it is meaningful for other similar engineering to use for reference.
