摘要
介绍大冶有色30万t铜电解进液系统,结合实际和查阅文献,分析了主进液管道结垢的因素,指出最严重的部分管道以及产生的原因。工艺管道的结垢会影响电解的关键工艺参数-电解液循环流量,所以需要隔一段时间进行管道清垢检修处理。在考虑检修时间、成本和产量等因素上,分析整体更换、拆除清理和开孔冲洗三种检修方案的优缺点,结合生产条件制定了铜电解主进液管道检修方案——不停产冲洗。通过对工艺设施进行精确测量,并提前制作好备件,对阳极板供应进行及时预测,合理排出检修的计划,精心进行组织,达到了缩短检修时间、降低检修成本、确保产量和顺利完成主进液管道检修的目的。
In this article,the electrolytic liquid system of 300kt/a Copper Electrolytic Refining in Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,Ltd is introduced,combining with the actual and the literature,the copper electrolysis liquid pipe main scaling factors are analyzed,the causes of pipeline and the worst parts are pointed out.Scaling may affects the key process parameters of theelectrolytic process piping-the electrolyte circulation flow,so system needs maintenance in some time.Considering maintenance on factors such as time,cost and production,analysis of the overall change,demolition of hole cleaning and washing the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of repair plan,combined with the production conditions for copper electrolysis liquid pipe main overhaul scheme-on-line flushing.Through studying on the precise measurement of process facilities,and made spare parts advance,projections for anode supply timely,plan reasonable education maintenance,organize carefully,to shorten repair time,reduce maintenance cost,ensure the production and the purpose of the smooth completion of the main liquid pipeline maintenance.
