校园文化建设促进师资队伍建设的路径探析——以常州幼儿师范学校为例 被引量:1

An Analysis of the Way to Promote the Construction of Teaching Staff in Vocational Schools via Campus Culture——Taking Changzhou Normal School of Early Childhood Education as an Example

摘要 以常州幼儿师范学校为例,从校园物质文化、精神文化、制度文化建设三个角度,探讨了校园文化建设促进师资队伍建设的路径,即校园信息化建设促进教师创新教育教学理念;"校·园"合作促进教师专业化发展;供给侧改革背景下校园文化活动丰富教师精神文化;文化自信背景下党员教师示范引领教师业务能力;"书香校园"建设提升教师专业素养;回归"教书匠"本源培育教师工匠精神;完善用人制度稳固编外教师队伍;培育"双师型"教师优化师资队伍结构等八个方面的校园文化建设能有效促进师资队伍的建设。 Taking the example of Changzhou Normal School of Early Childhood Education,this paper expounds on the way of promoting the construction of teaching staff via the construction of campus culture from three aspects:campus material culture,spiritual culture and system culture.The construction includes the following aspects.The construction of campus information promotes teachers’innovation of educational and teaching ideas;“School-kindergarten”cooperation promotes the professional development of teachers;in the context of supplyside reform,campus cultural activities enrich teachers’spiritual culture;in the context of cultural confidence,party member teachers demonstrate and lead teachers’professional ability;the construction of“scholarly campus”improves teachers’professional quality;returning to the source o“f teaching craftsman”cultivates the craftsmanship of teachers;improving the employment system strengthens the teachers outside authorized size;cultivating“double qualification”teachers to optimize the structure of the teaching staff.All these eight aspects can effectively promote the construction of teaching staff.
