摘要
目的:探究依那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:收治糖尿病肾病患者100例,分为两组。对照组给予依那普利治疗,试验组给予依那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组血糖、血压控制水平及糖尿病肾病指标。结果:两组治疗后血压、血糖水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗后糖尿病肾病指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利与阿托伐他汀联合治疗糖尿病肾病患者,可改善其糖尿病肾病指标,从而提高疗效,改善预后,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of enalapril combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:100 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with enalapril,and the experiment group was treated with enalapril combined with atorvastatin,and the levels of blood sugar,blood pressure and diabetic nephropathy index were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The diabetic nephropathy index of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enalapril combined with atorvastatin could improve the diabetic nephropathy index in patients with diabetic nephropathy effectively.
