摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG-1000)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、全氟辛醇和纳米SiO_2为原料,对二甲苯为稀释剂,制备了氟化聚氨酯/纳米SiO_2复合涂料,并用喷涂法制得具有超疏水特性的涂层。考察了SiO_2用量和粒径、TMP用量和稀释剂类型对涂层疏水性的影响。结果表明,基于20 g PPG-1000,当粒径30 nm的SiO_2用量为8 g、TMP用量为1 g时,制备的涂层具有良好的疏水性,水接触角为160.3°,滚动角为7.5°,且涂层对铝片的附着力为0级,铅笔硬度达到了H级。
Fluorinated polyurethane/nano-silica composite coatings were prepared with toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG-1000),trimethylolpropane(TMP),per-fluorinated octanol and nano-silica as raw materials,and xylene as solvent.Then superhydrophobic coating films were prepared by spraying.The effects of dosage and particle size for SiO 2,dosage of TMP and solvent type on hydrophobicity of the films were investigated.Based on 20 g PPG-1000,when the mass of 30 nm nano-silica was 8 g,and content of TMP was 1 g,the water contact angle and slide angle reached 160.3°and 7.5°respectively.Its adhesion to aluminum sheet was grade 0,and pencil hardness was grade H.
