摘要
目的:探讨创伤后凝固性血胸的最佳手术时机。方法:收治创伤后凝固性血胸应用胸腔镜手术清除患者46例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组于凝固性血胸发生7 d后进行手术,观察组在7 d内进行手术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的并发症发生率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜手术清除创伤后凝固性血胸,应尽早手术,可减少术后出血量,降低术后相关并发症,缩短手术时间,促使患者恢复。
Objective:To explore the optimal operative time for post-traumatic coagulative hemothorax.Methods:46 patients with coagulable hemothorax after trauma treated with thoracoscopic surgery were selected and they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with operation at 7 days after the coagulated hemothorax,and the observation group was treated with surgery within 7 days,we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of complications,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage and hospital stay were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:When using thoracoscopic surgery to remove posttraumatic coagulated hemothorax,early operation can reduce the amount of postoperative bleeding,reduce the postoperative complications,shorten the operation time and promote the recovery of the patients.
