摘要 目的:探讨咪哒唑仑镇静治疗对急性脑梗死早期脑氧代谢的影响。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予咪哒唑仑治疗。比较两组治疗前(T1)及治疗后即刻(T2)、0.5 h(T3)、6 h(T4)、12 h(T5)血氧差[D(a-jv)O2)]和脑摄氧率(ERO2)。结果:两组治疗前D(a-jv)O2、ERO2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组T2、T3、T4和T5时间段[D(a-jv)O2]、ERO2明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:急性脑梗死早期应用咪达唑仑镇静治疗可降低脑氧代谢,增加脑组织对缺血、缺氧的耐受性。 Objective:To investigate the effect of midazolam sedation on the cerebral oxygen metabolism in the early stage of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with midazolam on the basis of routine treatment,and the oxygen difference[D(a-jv)O2]and brain oxygen uptake rate(ERO2)between the two groups before treatment(T1),immediately after treatment(T2),0.5 h(T3),6 h(T4),12 h(T5)were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in D(a-jv)O2 and ERO2 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the D(a-jv)O2 and ERO2 in the treatment group at T2,T3,T4 and T5 time were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The early application of midazolam in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction could reduce cerebral oxygen metabolism and increase the tolerance of brain tissue to ischemia and hypoxia.
