摘要
目的:探讨自拟龙胆化痰汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症痰火证的治疗效果。方法:收治甲状腺功能亢进症痰火证患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予自拟龙胆化痰汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组FT3、FT4高于对照组,TSH低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟龙胆化痰汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症痰火证的治疗效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Longdan Huatan decoction in the hyperthyroidism with phlegm fire syndrome.Methods:60 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism with phlegm fire syndrome were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the treatment group was given self-made Longdan Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FT3 and FT4 in the treatment group were higher than those in control group,TSH was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effect of self-made Longdan Huatan decoction in the hyperthyroidism with phlegm fire syndrome was significant.
