摘要
目的:研究并探讨脑小血管病患者轻度认知功能障碍与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的联系。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年12月我院接收的脑小血管病患者共238例作为研究对象,采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)对患者的认知功能进行评估,将脑小血管病患者分为认知功能障碍组与认知功能正常组,另选取同期在我院接受健康体检的50例体检正常者作为对照组,所有受检者均接受血浆同型半胱氨酸、血清hs-CRP水平测定,比较其血浆Hcy水平、血清hs-CRP水平,计算其与认知功能障碍的相关性。结果:认知功能障碍组、认知功能正常组的血浆Hcy水平、血清hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而认知功能障碍组则高于认知功能正常组(P<0.05)。经相关性分析后发现,血浆Hcy水平、血清hs-CRP水平均与Mo CA量表总分及其注意力、计算力、执行功能、视结构等因子评分呈负相关。结论:血浆Hcy、血清hs-CRP水平增高可能是脑小血管病患者出现认知功能障碍的影响因素,可能参与到脑小血管病患者认知功能损害机制中。
Objective:To study the relationship between mild cognitive dysfunction and Hcy,hs-CRP levels in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods:238 patients were selected.All patients were divided into the cognitive dysfunction group and the normal cognitive function group based on MoCA,while 50 healthy subjects received health examination in our hospital as the control group.Hcy,hs-CRP levels in groups were compared.Results:Hcy,hs-CRP levels in the cognitive dysfunction group and the normal cognitive function group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and those in the cognitive dysfunction group was higher than thoes in the normal cognitive function group(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that Hcy,hs-CRP levels and MoCA total scores and computing power,attention,executive function,visual structure factor score have negatively correlated.Conclusion:The increase of Hcy,hs-CRP level may be the influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in patients with cerebral vascular disease,and may be involved in the cognitive impairment mechanism of patients with cerebral vascular disease.
