摘要
目的:观察脊柱平衡手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院在2015年9月-2017年9月收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照患者入院尾号的奇偶数,将120例患者分成观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。观察组通过脊柱平衡手法推拿治疗;对照组通过腰椎斜扳法治疗。对比两组临床疗效、VAS腰腿疼痛评分、Birdwell腰椎间盘突出症评分。结果:观察组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为95%、80%,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前,两组VAS腰腿疼痛评分、Birdwell腰椎间盘突出症评分比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗后,两组VAS腰腿疼痛评分、Birdwell腰椎间盘突出症评分均较治疗前有所改善,但观察组的改善效果更加明显,且优于对照组和治疗前,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:腰椎间盘突出症通过脊柱平衡手法推拿治疗,临床疗效确切,且可减轻患者的腰腿疼痛,值得临床上广泛应用和推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of massage of spinal balance on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd and even number of patients admitted to tail,60 cases in each.The observation group was treated by massage of spinal balance.The control group was treated by massage of lumbar spine oblique wrench.Results:The total efficiency was 95%in the observation group,and 80%in the control group,P<0.05.VAS leg pain score and birdwell score in two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment.The improved effect in the observation group is more obvious than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The curative effect of massage of spinal balance on lumbar disc herniation is exact.It can improve the patient’s waist and leg pain,and is worthy of promotion.
