摘要
为了提高空调的舒适性,使空调系统运行可靠、操作简单、功能丰富,提出PLC+变频器+组态软件的舒适性空调自动控制系统设计思路。自控系统设计内容包括空调系统的制冷、空气处理和流体输配3部分,将室内环境品质检测作为空调自控的调节内容,自动控制系统的任务包括监测、调节、报警和自动联锁等。自控系统可根据需求和负载变化实现较高的匹配度和调节效率,减少冷热源和机械设备能耗,提高空气调节质量和人体热舒适。结果表明,此设计能保障空调系统的监测和控制质量,同时提高系统的运行效率、降低能耗,使得空调系统的参数化运行变得简单、灵活、方便。
The design idea of a comfortable air conditioner automatic control system consisting of the PLC,frequency con-verter and configuration software is proposed to improve the comfortable performance of the air conditioner and make the air con-ditioning system run reliably,have simple operations and multiple functions.The design content of the automatic control system includes the refrigeration,air processing,and fluid supply of the air conditioning system.With the indoor environment quality detection as the adjustment content for automatic control of the air conditioner,the tasks of the automatic control system include monitoring,adjustment,alarming,automatic interlocking and so on.The automatic control system can realize high matching de-grees and adjustment rates according to the requirement and load variation,reduce cold and heat sources and energy consump-tion of the mechanical equipment,and improve air adjustment quality and human body thermal comfort.The result shows that the design can ensure the monitoring and control qualities of the air conditioning system,improve running efficiency of the sys-tem,reduce energy consumption,and make parameterized operation of the air conditioning system simple,flexible and conve-nient.
