摘要
目的:观察并研究治疗顽固性呃逆采用中医针灸的临床治疗成效。方法:选取2014年5月-2017年5月我院接收治疗的56例顽固性呃逆患者为探究对象,将其进行随机分组,分别是观察组与对照组,予以对照组一般治疗方式,予以观察组中医针灸治疗方式,对两组患者的治疗成效进行观察与研究。结果:经过治疗后,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为92.86%,对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为67.86%,两组数据之间具有明显的差异性,使其统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论:对顽固性呃逆患者实施中医针灸治疗方式,能有效降低不良反应的发生率,改善患者的临床症状,临床治疗成效明显,具有一定的安全性,符合我国医疗事业的发展理念,值得大力度推广使用。
Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion on intractable hiccup.Methods:56 cases of intractable hiccup treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the treatment method.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received TCM acupuncture and moxibustion.The treatment effect was observed and studied.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was 92.86%and 67.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM acupuncture and moxibustion could effectively reduce adverse reactions,relieve the clinical symptoms.The clinical treatment effect was significant and it was of safety in treating intractable hiccup,it was in line with the development concept of China’s medical industry and was worth promoting and using.
