高校新入职教师培训课程设计及实施效果研究——基于北京理工大学的个案分析 被引量:18

摘要 新入职教师培训对帮助青年教师完成职业角色转变、适应高校教师工作、提升教师职业技能等方面具有重要作用,有关部门多次出台相关政策推动教师培训体系建设。基于此背景,文章以北京理工大学为个案,对以教师专业发展理论为指导、以"学习者为中心"理念为基础、以高等教育形势政策为导向的新入职教师校本培训课程体系进行分析,并基于2015—2017年的问卷反馈、结业心得及访谈资料,探讨课程实施效果。分析表明,培训课程体系的持续完善对新入职教师有较为积极的影响:新入职教师对校本培训各项满意度评分呈上升趋势;教师对培训主题的关注情况与课程设置的调整状况具有较强的相关性;各模块课程主题受关注度越发趋于平衡。研究提出了通过课程培训建立新入职教师学习共同体、重视新入职教师职业生涯相关课程、设置新入职教师必修与分类选修课程、基于课程效果评价进行课程调整等建议。 New laculty orientation plays an important role in helping young teachers to complete translormation ol their prolessional roles,adapt to the career and improve their prolessional skills.The relevant departments have issued some policies to promote the construction ol laculty training systems.This study is a case study ol Beijing Institute ol Technology.We analyzed the course system ol school-based new laculty orientation,which is guided by theories ol teacher prolessional development,the concept ol"learner-centered",and the development situation and policies ol higher education.The materials such as leedback questionnaires,training experience and interview data ol those teachers who attended the new laculty orientation lrom 2015 to 2017 were used to discuss the implementation effect ol the training courses.The analysis shows that the continnous improvement ol the training course system has a positive influence on new laculty.Firstly,the overall satislaction ol the training course has increased over the past three years.Secondly,there is a strong correlation between the lacultyr attention to training themes and the adjustment ol courses offered.Finally,the contents/attention ol each module becomes more balanced.After this study,we would like to put lorward some suggestions to universities about the training course design ol the new laculty orientation,like establishing a learning community lor new laculty,paying attention to the courses ol career,setting and classified elective courses,and adjusting the courses based on the course effect evaluation.
