摘要
为快速解决优质蛋白质玉米容重低、易感穗腐病的缺陷,大幅提高优质蛋白质玉米新种质的品质,采用SSR分子标记辅助选择的方法检测了回交转育的高赖氨酸近等基因系的基因型,确定这些材料确实在o_2位点纯合,对纯合o_2o_2背景下玉米F_1代籽粒进行观察和测定容重,并测定F_2代籽粒产量、容重和赖氨酸含量。结果表明:F_1代籽粒胚乳硬质度存在明显的母本效应;F_2代籽粒赖氨酸含量与F_2代籽粒容重呈不显著负相关;对同一杂交组合的不同近等基因系家系穗行而言,籽粒产量和赖氨酸含量差异均较小,而籽粒容重存在较大差异;不同杂种优势类群杂交组合近等基因系家系内部F_2代籽粒容重和赖氨酸含量测定结果表明,杂交组合Q478×QC72的部分家系组合胚乳硬质度与赖氨酸含量达到了相对完美的结合。
Solving the defects of low bulk density and ear rot can greatly improve the quality of quality protein maize(QPM)new germplasms.Using backcross breeding can rear QPM near isogenic lines(NILs)from the normal lines.In this study SSR molecular marker was used and found that these NILs were indeed homozygous at the o 2 site.F 1 grain liter weight and F 2 yield,liter weight and lysine content under the background of homozygous o 2o 2 corn was assayed.The results showed that the F 1 grain endosperm hard degrees showed female parent effects.F 2 liter weight was negatively correlated with F 2 lysine content,but didn’t reach significant level.For the different ears of the same hybrid,the differences of yield and lysine content of the panicle were small,but there was a large difference among the liter weight.The result of F 2 liter weight and lysine content of 4 hybrids showed that the endosperm hardness and lysine content of the group Q478×QC72 reached relatively perfect combination.
