摘要
采用振动测试分析系统对小型水平轴风力机塔架不同高度测点位置的轴向及横向振动信号进行测试与分析。实验结果表明,塔架非共振(以塔架一阶弯振频率作为共振的对照频率)时,塔架横向振动幅度大于轴向振动;风轮旋转基频与塔架一阶弯振固有频率接近时,塔架发生共振,塔架轴向振动幅度大于横向振动。工程应用中利用该规律,可以对小型水平轴风力机进行监控预警避免塔架共振,也可在设计阶段加强塔架横向结构,增加塔架寿命。
The vibration test analysis system was used to test and analyze the axial direction and transverse at the positions of different height measurement points of the small horizontal axis wind turbine tower.The experimental results show that the trans?verse vibration magnitude of the tower frame is greater than that of the axial vibration when the tower is non?resonant(treat the first?order bending vibration natural frequency of the tower as the resonant base).When the wind wheel rotating base frequency is close to the natural frequency of the first order bending of the tower,the tower is resonant and the axial vibration magnitude is greater than that of the lateral vibration.In engineering application,this rule can be used to avoid the tower resonance vibration by monitoring and early warning the wind turbine,and the transverse structure of the tower can be strengthened in the design stage to increase the life of the tower.
