摘要
针对传统的电磁阀检测装置操作复杂、精确度低等问题,设计了一种新型电磁阀检测系统。该系统以嵌入式微处理器STM32为控制核心,硬件部分包括数据采集电路、数据处理电路、串口通信电路等。通过电磁阀的吸合实验来采集传感器组输出的电压、电流信息,通过相关算法推算出电磁阀的工作状态,最终把测量结果通过RS232通信方式发送到上位机实时显示。实际实验结果表明,设计的电磁阀检测系统操作简单、响应速度快。
Aiming at the problem of complex operation and low accuracy of the traditional electromagnetic valve detection de?vice,a new type of electromagnetic valve detection system is designed.The system is controlled by STM32 MCU,and the data acquisition circuit,data storage circuit and communication circuit are mainly designed.The voltage and current information of the sensor group is collected by the suction test of the solenoid valve,and the working state of the electromagnetic value is deduced by the related algorithm,eventually the measurement results through the RS232 communication sent to the PC real?time display.The experimental results show that the design of the electromagnetic valve test system is simple and fast.
