叶片式螺旋钢管桩抗拔承载力的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对9根螺旋钢管桩的抗拔静载试验,选取合理的抗拔极限承载力确定方法,分析了叶片个数、叶片直径、桩径、是否注浆等因素对螺旋钢管桩抗拔承载力的影响,提出螺旋钢管桩抗拔承载力的计算公式,并对理论与试验的数据进行了对比分析。结果显示:竖向抗拔极限承载力计算值与实测值误差一般在20%以内,说明螺旋钢管桩基础抗拔承载力计算公式比较接近于实际情况,即所提出的极限承载力计算方法可用于估算螺旋钢管桩基础的抗拔承载力。 Through the static load test of nine spiral steel pipe piles,the reasonable method of determining the ultimate uplift bearing capacity of the steel pipe is selected,and the influence of the number of blades,blade diameter,pile diameter and grouting on the uplift bearing capacity of spiral steel pipe pile is analyzed.The calculation formula of the cuplift bearing capacity of the spiral steel pipe is put forward,and the theoretical and experimental data are compared and analyzed.The results show that the calculated value and the measured error of the vertical compressive ultimate bearing capacity are generally less than 20%.The calculation method of ultimate uplift bearing capacity can be used to estimate the uplift bearing capacity of steel pipe spiral pile foundation.The calculation method of ultimate uplift bearing capacity is relatively close to the actual situation.
