隧道穿越溶洞桩梁处治新方法应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对厦蓉高速湖南九嶷山二号隧道左线溶洞全断面斜穿隧道洞身的情况,提出了围岩分级和围岩力学计算的新方法、新参数,进而提出桩梁结构跨越处治新方法:即拱圈顶部溶蚀区采用钢管支架,底部采用钢管桩,边墙基础采用梁结构跨越。基于此,对隧道主要工序施工内容、顺序和安全控制措施进行了论述,并要求采用标准化施工、精细化管理。基于上述设计施工处理新方法,隧道顺利、安全通过大溶洞,监测结果表明:隧道自完工以来变形趋于稳定,运行状况良好。 Considering the situation that full-section of left-line passes through the big tunnel cavity diagonally inNo.2 tunnel of jiuyishan mountain of xiarong expressway in Hunan,new methods and parameters for surrounding rocks calculation in classification and mechanical are proposed.Then it puts forward a comprehensive treatment technology of pile and beam crossing which includes using steel stents in the top of arch rings,steel tube piles in the bottom and bridge crossing in foundation of sidewall.Based on this,the paper presents from the topic of mainly contents of working procedure,order and measures of safety control and requires refinement management and standardized construction.According to the foregoing design and construction scheme,tunnel passing through large cave safely,the monitoring results shows that the deformation is tending towards stability and it is running in good condition since the tunnel has been completed.
