摘要
目的:比较社区获得性肺炎应用莫西沙星常规与序贯治疗的效果差异,探讨序贯治疗的临床价值。方法:2016年1月-2018年4月笔者所在医院诊治的106例社区获得性肺炎患者,按随机分为序贯治疗组与常规治疗组各53例,常规治疗组莫西沙星静脉滴注;序贯治疗组莫西沙星静脉滴注3~5 d后临床症状有所改善改为莫西沙星片,口服。结果:序贯治疗组莫西沙星静滴时间、住院时间均短于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组体温正常时间、咳嗽缓解时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);序贯治疗组总有效率为98.11%,常规治疗组为100%。两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸莫西沙星两种不同给药方案治疗老年社区获得性肺炎均可获得满意的临床疗效,但静滴及住院时间短,值得临床上推广及应用。
Objective:To compare the difference between routine and sequential treatment of moxifloxacin in community acquired pneumonia,explore the clinical value of sequential therapy.Method:From January 2016 to April 2018,106 cases of community acquired pneumonia were treated in the author’s hospital in April,randomly divided into sequential treatment group and conventional treatment group,53 cases in each group.Intravenous drip of moxifloxacin in the routine treatment group.Sequential treatment group moxifloxacin intravenous infusion of 3-5 d after clinical symptoms improved to moxifloxacin tablets.Oral.Result:The intravenous drip time and hospitalization time of moxifloxacin in sequential treatment group were shorter than those in routine treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in normal body temperature and cough relief between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 98.11 in sequential treatment group and 100 in routine treatment group.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The two different regimens of moxifloxacin in the treatment of senile community-acquired pneumonia can obtain satisfactory clinical efficacy,but the intravenous drip and the time of hospitalization are short.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
