摘要
针对智能变电站输变电一次设备故障机理的复杂多样性,传统单一维度的设备状态信息评估难以有效挖掘出潜在的安全隐患,本文全面建立了包含历史数据、设备缺陷、试验数据、不良工况和状态检测在内的输变电一次设备综合评价体系,运用合作博弈理论得到各状态指标的组合权重,并利用变权公式对其权重进行修正;通过云模型得到定量指标对智能变电站输变电一次设备各状态等级的隶属度,然后结合层次分析法得到评估结果。实际案例分析表明该方法简单易行,可为智能变电站输变电一次设备和系统的状态检修工作提供理论依据。
In view of the complex diversity of failure mechanism from primary equipment for power transmission and transformation in smart substations,the traditional single dimension information assessment of equipment status cannot effectively excavate the possible hidden danger.The comprehensive evaluation system for primary equipment of power transmission and transformation is established,it mainly consists of historical data,equipment defects,test data,bad conditions and status testing.By using the cooperative game theory,the combination weight of every state index is obtained.Its weights are corrected by using variable weight formula.The degree of membership of every state level from the primary equipment of power transmission and transformation in the intelligent substations is obtained by the cloud model,and then the evaluation results are obtained by combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The actual case analysis shows that the method is simple and practical,which can provide a theoretical basis for the status maintenance of the primary equipment from power transmission and transformation in the smart substation.
