摘要
基于飞机发动机直接电力起动安全及快速起动需求,研究起动电气控制原理及工作过程。首先根据起动机和发动机二者机械特性,得出控制电路基本设计思路,并重点针对磁通变化对转矩的影响,分析磁通变化对转矩的影响规律;搭建典型四级电力起动仿真电路,得出起动过程转矩、电压及电流等电气参数变化规律,为进一步研究飞机起动电气性能可靠性提供借鉴。
Based on safe and rapid starting demand of direct power starting for aircraft engine,the principle of starting electric control and working process are studied.For one hand,according to the mechanical properties of the starter and the engine to get the control circuit basic design thought,focusing on the influence of flux variation on torque.For the other hand,a four stages typical electric starting simulation circuit is built to get the result of starting torque,voltage and current of electrical parameters for further study on the reliability of aircraft starting electrical performance.
