摘要
在现代社会买卖双方组成的语境中,服务扮演着越来越重要的角色。在旅游语境下,服务可作为独立的一元,将原有的二元关系升格为三元关系。据此,旅游业可一分为二,即旅游服务业与旅游资产业。旅游服务作为第三元,其价值可谓是一种超越了经济性的剩余价值,应提高从业者与游客对服务价值的获得感。基于这种三元关系,也可部分地破解旅游中的主客关系难题。除经济视角外,还可从精神上的高能角度来诠释旅游服务价值。
In the context of the composition of buyers and sellers in modern society,services are playing an increasingly important role in the context of tourism.Services can almost be treated independently.Thus the original binary relationship can upgrade to ternary relationship.According to this opinion,the tourism industry can be divided into tourism services and tourism asset.Tourism services as the third unitary,its value can be described as a surplus value that transcends the econo?my,and the sense of service value should be improved for practitioners and tourists.Based on this ternary relationship,it can also partially solve the difficult problem of the relationship between the host and guest.In addition to the economic per?spective,the value of tourism service can also be recognized from the perspective of spiritual high energy.
