引信润滑与减摩技术综述

摘要 为了给引信润滑与减摩技术的研究和应用提供参考,查阅了近年来国内外公开发表的相关文献,从引信材料和润滑与减摩方式的选用两方面综述了引信润滑与减摩技术的研究进展,分析并对比了不同材料的摩擦性能,总结了不同的减摩与润滑方式在目前引信行业中的应用情况。国产润滑油和润滑脂在特定引信中已有应用,其减摩效果显著,且高低温性能、长贮性能等能够满足要求。石墨和二硫化钼等干粉润滑剂在引信中已得到较为广泛应用。 In order to provide reference for the research and application of fuze's lubrication and antifriction technology,the related literatures published at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed.Fuze's lubrication and antifriction were summarized from fuze's material and the choice of lubrication and antifriction,the friction properties of different materials were compared and analyzed,the application of different lubrication and antifriction methods in the current fuze industry were summarized.The domestic lubricating oil and grease had been used in the specific fuze,its antifriction effect was remarkable,and the high and low temperature performance,the long storage performance can meet the requirements.Solid lubricants,such as graphite and molybdenum disulfide,had been widely used in fuze.
