摘要
公众对图书馆的认知框架如何,有何改变,因何而变?网络贴子提供了素材和线索。对天涯社区和百度贴吧2014年965条网贴进行内容分析,发现公众对图书馆认知呈差序格局。常用图书馆服务是认知核心,服务感受和服务规则是认知次中心,对图书馆的总体思考处在认知边缘。公众认知围绕其常用图书馆服务这一中心的变动而演变。技术发展推动认知演变,也成为认知变化的内容。国家政策投入、社会发展、图书馆事业进步都影响公众认知变化。
What frames does the public use to cognize the libraries?What changes do the frames bring about in the recent years?Why do the frames change?The online posts may provide some clues.A content analysis of 965 posts about the libraries published in recent 14 years of Tianya community and Baidu post bar has been conducted.Results showed that the public constructs a cognitive pattern of difference sequence.The core cognition are based on the most frequently used library services,while the service assessment and the services requirements are the subsidiary perception frame,the overall awareness of the library is the peripheral cognition frame.The public cognition of the library evolves with the changes of their most frequently used library services.The developments of technology changed the library services as well as the public cognition.The changes of the library policies and investments as well as the developments of the society and the librarianship also impact the evolvement of the public cognition.
