摘要
目的探究优质护理对肺癌患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响。方法收取本次研究肺癌患者100例,时间为2016年4月9日~2017年11月16日,后对收取对象随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组实施优质护理,对照组采取常规护理,对两组并发症发生情况及生活质量进行观察和分析。结果观察组肺癌患者并发症发生率2.00%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肺癌患者生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理应用于肺癌患者中,能够有效降低其术后并发症的发生概率,同时还能有效提高患者生活质量,值得研究。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on postoperative complications and quality of life in patients with lung cancer.Methods We collected 100 patients with lung cancer from April 9,2016 to November 16,2017.The subjects were randomly divided into the observation group and the high-quality nursing group.The control group-Nursing,the occurrence of complications and quality of life in two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.00%,significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients with lung cancer in observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality nursing in patients with lung cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,but also effectively improve the quality of life of patients,it is worth studying.
