摘要
目的:总结护理干预对老年白内障患者心理情绪、并发症的影响价值。方法:选择我院2016年7月-2017年5月治疗的老年白内障患者70例,随机分为针对性护理干预的观察组和常规护理干预的对照组,各35例。对比两组老年白内障患者护理期间心理情绪评分情况以及并发症发生率、护理满意度评分。结果:护理后患者心理情绪评分以及并发症发生率对比,观察组低于对照组P<0.05。护理后组间护理满意度评分对比,观察组高于对照组P<0.05。结论:针对性护理干预的实施,是改善老年白内障患者心理情绪的关键,同时降低了并发症,符合护理需求,具有实施价值。
objective:to summarize the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological mood and complications of elderly patients with cataract.Methods:70 cases of senile cataract patients treated in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2017 were selected,randomly divided into observation group of targeted nursing intervention and control group of routine nursing intervention,each of 35 cases.The scores of psychological emotional scores,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:compared with the control group,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction scores were compared,and the observation group was higher than the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:the implementation of targeted nursing intervention is the key to improve the psychological mood of elderly patients with cataract,and it also reduces the complications and conforms to the nursing requirements,and has the implementation value.
