Objective To study the effect and value of case-guided fine training in standardized training of newly recruited nurses. Methods Eighty-eight new nurses were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional training methods. The observation group used the case-oriented fine training mode. Results The results were compared between the two groups of new nurses in theory and case analysis. Conclusion The nurses in the control group found that the theoretical test scores were 72.98 points after the routine training method,21.45 points for the case analysis ability test score,79.21 points for the observation group and 26.01 points for the case analysis ability. The scores of the patients were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of case-guided fine training can improve the nurses’academic achievement and comprehensive quality, and have high training value, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
