摘要
目的探讨数码听觉统合训练联合高压氧对脑瘫儿童语言障碍的治疗效果。方法选择2014年1月~2017年12月我院诊治的185例脑瘫患儿,随机分为两组。对照组采取高压氧治疗,观察组联合采取数码听觉统合训练。比较两组患儿的语言康复效果。结果观察组患儿语言障碍的治疗有效率为92.39%(85/92),明显高于对照组的75.27%(70/93)(P<0.05);两组治疗后的Gesell量表评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后的总发育商及语言发育商均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论数码听觉统合训练与高压氧联合使用可以有效改善脑瘫儿童的语言障碍,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of digital auditory integration training combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of language disorders in children with cerebral palsy.Methods 185 cases of patients with cerebral palsy were selected who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017,and divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,and the observation group was combined with digital hearing training.The effects of language disorders in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 92.39%(85/92),significantly higher than that of the control group 75.27%(70/93)(P<0.05);The scores of the Gesell scale in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The total development quotient and language development quotient in the two groups were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of digital auditory training and hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve the language disorders of children with cerebral palsy.It has a high clinical reference value.
