摘要
目的:评价激光治疗甲真菌病的疗效。方法:对电子数据库Pub Med,Web of science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库系统检索至2018年1月相关文献并下载。纳入符合标准的激光治疗甲真菌病的随机对照试验及临床自身对照试验,采用R软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入36篇文献,患者1 783例,病甲4 501个。单个率的Meta分析显示:真菌学治愈率达62%,95%CI(0.52-0.72)。其中,1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗甲真菌病的真菌学治愈率为62%,95%CI(0.51-0.73);CO2激光真菌学治愈率为67%,95%CI(0.37-0.91)。结论:1 064nm Nd:YAG激光和CO2激光治疗甲真菌病有一定的疗效且安全性较高。受纳入研究质量所限,上述结论可能需要开展进一步的随机对照试验加以验证。
Objective To assess the curative effect of laser treatment of onychomycosis.Methods We searched PubMed,Web of science,China National Knowledge Internet,Wanfang Database,Weipu Database up to January 2018,to collect clinical articles about the curative effect of laser treatment of onychomycosis.Besides,meta-analysis was performed by R software.Results 36 articles involving 1783 patients and 4501 infected nails were enrolled.The single arm meta-analysis showed that:the mycological cure rate was 62%,95%CI(0.52-0.72).The mycological cure rate of 1 064nm Nd:YAG laser was 62%,95%CI(0.51-0.73);that of CO2 laser was 67%,95%CI(0.37-0.91).Conclusion Laser treatment of onychomycosis is effective and safe.Due to the limited quality of the included studies,the above conclusions may need to be verified by further randomized controlled trials.
