基于立管分流及溢漏早期监测的控压钻井系统

摘要 控压钻井技术因其可有效降低窄密度窗口地层钻井难题、提高钻井时效已成为国内钻井新技术应用的热点。针对当前低油价形势下窄密度窗口的钻井难题,工程院研发了基于立管分流及溢漏早期监测的控压钻井系统,重点阐述了该系统的系统构成、压力控制工艺方法及取得的成就,为解决上述钻井难题提供了更经济的控压钻井方式,具有广泛的推广应用前景。 Managed Pressure Drilling technology is a national known new drilling technology,for it can decrease the narrow density window problem and develop drilling aging effectively.In view of low price of oil currently,Drilling Engineering Technology Research Institute develops this MPD system to solve the narrow density window problem.The components,pressure controlling processes and achievements are presented in this article,and this technology is a new MPD drilling technology with lower price and extensive application in future,which can solve the narrow density window problem.
