摘要
考虑到随机因素对球头铣刀铣削力的影响,提出一种基于Kriging和Monte Carlo求球头铣刀铣削力概率分布规律的方法。利用微元法建立螺旋导程恒定的球头铣刀的铣削力模型;利用平面槽切实验和采用最小二乘法估算铣削力系数;根据铣削力的分布信息抽取样本,基于Kriging求出铣削参数与铣削力之间的关系,并利用Monte Carlo方法计算球头铣刀铣削力概率分布。将提出的方法的结果与计算模型方法的结果进行对比,验证提出方法可以作为球头铣刀铣削力估计值的一种方法,该方法表达式简单,便于计算,为后续计算球头铣刀铣削精度可靠性打下基础。
Considering the influence of random factors,a new method which is used to calculate cutting forces of Ball-End Milling Cutter based on Kriging and Monte Carlo has been proposed.Micro-element method is used to build Cutting forces model of Ball-End Milling Cutter which has constant spiral lead.Then,the least squares method and plane groove test are used to estimate the coefficient of cutting force.The sample is extracted according to the distribution information of the cutting force.The relationship between the cutting parameters and the cutting force can be expressed by Kriging and probability prediction for cutting forces of Ball-End Milling Cutter can be calculated by Monte Carlo.The results of the proposed method are compared with the results of the computational model method and verify that the proposed method can be used as a method to estimate the cutting force of Ball-End Milling Cutter,which has a simple expression and is easy to calculate.This method can be used to calculate the reliability of cutting accuracy for Ball-End Milling Cutter.
