摘要
以低价格的微米级氧化石墨烯粉体为原料,以分子结构两端基团为伯胺的有机胺为"缝合剂",与氧化石墨烯上的羧基发生酰基化反应,将微米级的石墨烯"缝合"起来,得到任意大面积石墨烯膜,并且利用含氮基团和羟基基团提高石墨烯膜在金属表面的附着力。应用SEM、IR、能谱等分析手段进行表征,结果显示可成功得到大面积石墨烯膜。
Organic polyamine was used as a“suture agent”to suture low price micron graphene oxide powder to large area graphene films.Because organic polyamine which has primary amine in its two ends of the molecular structure had acylation reactions with carboxyl groups on graphene oxide powder molecules,and to improve graphene adhesion on metal surface by using nitrogen groups and hydroxyl groups.The results were analyzed using scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrum,and energy spectra.The results show that this method can be used to prepare large area graphene films.
