压力容器大开孔补强设计方法

摘要 压力容器常见的开孔结构主要是为了满足工艺的要求,但在实践中实验分析并没有达到安全性和适用性的要求,因此得到的应力分析非常重视,尤其是有限元分析方法。介绍了压力容器设计、孔加固和有限元分析的概况。 The common opening structure of pressure vessels is mainly to meet the requirements of the process,but in practice,the experimental analysis does not meet the requirements of safety and applicability,so the stress analysis is very important,especially the finite element method.The general situation of pressure vessel design,hole reinforcement and finite element analysis is introduced.
