稀土和B改性CsX催化剂对甲苯侧链烷基化反应的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了考察稀土元素对B/CsX催化剂的作用效果,采用等体积浸渍法制备了B分别与La、Ce、Yb、Gd改性的CsX催化剂。采用CO_2-TPD-MS、NH_3-TPD-MS、XRD、SEM对催化剂进行了表征,并在连续流动固定床反应器中对催化剂催化甲苯侧链烷基化的性能进行了评价。结果表明,负载稀土元素能够明显增加催化剂的中强碱量和中强酸量,在B/CsX的基础上添加稀土元素能够有效地将甲醇的转化率从30.1%提高至90%以上,将乙苯选择性从29.1%至少提高到80%左右,并且能够抑制副产物苯的生成。 In order to investigate the effect of rare earth elements on B/CsX catalysts,the CsX catalysts modified by B and rare earth element(La,Ce,Yb or Gd)were prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method.The prepared catalysts were characterized by CO2-TPD-MS,NH3-TPD-MS,XRD and SEM,and their catalytic performance in the reaction of toluene side-chain alkylation were evaluated in a continuous flow fixed bed reactor.The results show that adding rare earth element can significantly increase the quantities of moderate strong base and acid in catalyst.The B/CsX catalysts modified by rare earth elements can effectively increase the conversion of methanol from 30.1%to over 90%and improve the selectivity of ethylbenzene from 29.1%to least about 80%,and the formation of by-product benzene can be suppressed.
