摘要
在堤防工程设计中,应根据规范要求设置必要的超高,以抵御洪水波浪的冲击。堤防临水侧的防浪林可削弱波浪的冲击破坏,进而降低堤防设计超高,减少工程造价。以国内某河道堤防超高设计为例,借用海堤设计规范中的乔木消波计算公式,采用国内成熟的灌木消波计算公式,寻找最佳的防浪林林相结构,实现以最小的防浪林宽度取得最优的消波效果。同时提出了不同水位下堤防对削减波浪能量的不同要求,以及防浪林宽度和林相结构相结合的设计方法。国内多年实践表明,防浪林能够有效削减波浪爬高,削弱波浪对堤防的破坏,有效降低堤防超高。
According to related standards,freeboard has to be added in the levee design to protect the levee against waves.Wave break forest planted in the beach near the levee riverward slope can effectively protect the levee against the waves by weakening the wave force.Therefore,the wave break forest can decrease the freeboard and reduce embankment cost.The for^nula of wave absorption by trees in code for design of sea dike project and the formula of wave absorption by shrub were adopted to find out the optimal composition of wave break forest with the least width and the best wave absorption effect.Different schemes for the width and composition of wave break forest was proposed due to the requirements of wave absorption under different water levels.Domestic practices shows that wave break forest can mitigate levee damage by wave absorption and decrease levee freeboard by reducing wave run-up height.
