基于灰色关联分析的再生透水混凝土级配优选 被引量:4

摘要 再生骨料级配优选涉及因素较多,难以通过实测数据进行多指标之间性能优劣评比。依据9.5~19.0 mm和4.75~9.50 mm粒径再生骨料以0∶1、1∶1、1∶2、2∶1、2∶3、3∶2配比下的实测数据,选取再生骨料透水混凝土抗压强度、劈拉强度、孔隙率、渗透系数、耐磨性能5项参数作为评价指标,以熵值法确定指标客观权重,利用灰色关联分析的方法进行数学优选模型构建,最终通过灰色关联度对结果进行优选。再生骨料透水混凝土在1∶2配比时,抗压强度为7.92 MPa,渗透系数为3.53 mm/s,灰色关联度最大为0.74,故1∶2配比效果最好。因此,灰色关联分析可以对再生骨料透水混凝土级配实测数据进行多指标之间性能优劣评比,也可以针对不同评价特点应用于其他优选问题。 There are many factors involved in the gradation of recycled aggregates and it is therefore difficult to evaluate the performance of multiple indexes through the measured data.According to the measured data of 0:1,1:1,1:2,2:1,2:3 and 3:2 proportions for recycled aggregates with diameters of 9.5-19.0 mm and 4.75-9.5 mm,the recycled aggregate was selected.The five parameters of compressive strength,tensile splitting strength,porosity,and per^neability coefficient and wear resistance of per^^ious concrete were used as evaluation indicators.The objective weight of the indicators was deter^nined by entropy method and the mathematical optimization model was constructed by using the grey correlation analysis method.Gray correlation optimized the results.When the gradation of recycled aggregate per^meable concrete at a 1:2 ratio,the compressive strength was 7.92 MPa and the per^meability coefficient was 3.53 m m/s,the maximum gray correlation was 0.74,so the gradation 1:2 was the best for the recycled aggregate permeable concrete grade.There are many related factors in the optimization and the grey correlation analysis can be used to evaluate the performance of over measured data between multiple indicators.It can also be applied to other optimization problems according to different evaluation characteristics.
