摘要
锅炉在运行中主要以水作为原料,如果水中的杂质含量过高将会产生严重的积垢,进而影响到锅炉的运行安全。为了保证锅炉水的品质符合要求,需要对锅炉的水处理技术进行不断的完善。厂里在水处理技术基本上不存在技术难点。但由于水汽系统隐蔽性大、技术要求高、涉及面广、系统性强,一旦发生故障,可能影响到各种环节的正常运行。因此,在锅炉机组运行中,需要认真分析水汽系统异常的原因,有效确保锅炉机组安全经济运行。本文说明了锅炉水汽系统流程,分析了造成水汽系统异常的原因,并阐述了具体的解决对策。
The boiler mainly uses water as raw material in its operation.If the impurity content in water is too high,serious fouling will occur,thus affecting the safety of boiler operation.In order to ensure the boiler water quality meets the requirements,we need to improve the boiler water treatment technology continuously.There are basically no technical difficulties in water treatment technology in the factory.However,due to the big hidden nature of the water vapor system,high technical requirements,wide coverage and strong system,it may affect the normal operation of various links once a failure occurs.Therefore,in the operation of the boiler unit,it is necessary to analyze the causes of the abnormal water vapor system carefully,so as to ensure the safe and economical operation of the boiler unit effectively.This paper describes the process of boiler water vapor system,analyzes the causes of abnormal water vapor system,and expounds the specific solutions.
