摘要
分析灰铸铁和双相不锈钢材料及其焊接性,采用异种金属过渡层堆焊技术进行灰铸铁材质的船用主机燃油过滤器的修复,焊接加长了过滤器破损一侧的管口,保证有足够的空间施焊。制定合理的焊接工艺,在与燃油过滤器相同材质的金属上进行简单的焊接试验验证工艺的可行性,然后在主机燃油过滤器上进行修复,并采取了一系列控制灰铸铁焊接裂纹的措施,消除主机燃油过滤器的缺陷。经焊后检验,主机燃油过滤器修复成功,且系统运行良好,保证了XX船的改造周期。
In this paper,the welding repair method of oil filter of marine mainframes made of gray cast iron is studied.Through the analysis of gray cast iron and duplex stainless steel materials and their weldability,the technology of transition layer welding of heterogeneous metal is used to repair the fuel filter of the mainframes.Welding lengthens the nozzle on the broken side of the filter to ensure sufficient space for welding.It also formulated a reasonable welding process,conducted a simple welding test on metals of the same material as the fuel filter to verify the feasibility of the process,and then performed repair work on the main fuel filter,and adopted a series of measures to control the welding cracks of gray cast iron.The defects of the main engine fuel filter were eliminated,and the corresponding inspection was carried out after welding,so that the main engine fuel filter was repaired success-fully,and the system operated well,ensuring the transformation cycle of the XX ship.
