摘要
社会外部教育环境的变化也为临床医学本科专业的教学提出了新的要求。本文以我校为例,通过调查问卷的方式,发现我校临床医学本科专业特色人才培养模式和GMER之间仍存在差距,针对这些问题,整合基础课程、转变教学观念、构建医学实践平台等,使我校树立起新的教学模式,培养出具备初步临床能力和良好职业素质的医学毕业生。也希望能为其他类似院校临床医学本科专业特色人才培养模式改革提供理论借鉴。
The changes in the external environment of social education put forward new requirements for clinical medicine undergraduate teaching.Taking authors’school as an example,through the questionnaire investigation,we found that there is a gap between the GMER mode and training features of clinical medicine undergraduate professional talents.Aiming at these problems,the paper presents to integrate basic courses,change the concept of teaching,construct medical practice platform.These measures make the school set up a new teaching mode,cultivate students with preliminary clinical ability and good occupation quality.Also it hopes that these experiences can provide a theoretical reference for other similar institutions for their clinical medicine specialty talents training mode reform.
