摘要
设计了一辆单位电量下行驶距离最远的节能车。通过对车壳外形的设计、车壳制造材料的配比、车架结构的轻量化设计、转弯方式的简化设计、电池的最大效率使用以及车速的合理调控,设计制造出了一辆符合要求的节能车。实车测试结果显示,节能车行驶的最远距离达到了预期目标,满足设计要求。
The objective is to design an energy saving vehicle with the farthest distance running per unit capacity.Through the design of car shell shape,the ratio of car shell manufacturing materials,lightweight design of the frame structure,simplification design of turns,maximum efficiency of the battery and reasonable regulation of speed,we have successfully designed and created an energy-saving vehicle in line with the requirements.Through the real vehicle test,the results show that the farthest distance of energy-saving vehicles achieves the desired goal,meeting the design requirements.
