摘要
为研究摆线轮修形、轴承游隙对RV减速器角传动误差的影响,基于多体动力学仿真技术,结合目前最前沿的相对坐标系形位空间法和边界盒法的混合接触检验算法,建立齿轮之间的多体接触,运用弹簧力单元消除动力学仿真模型中冗余约束的同时,引入轴承游隙,建立了一套包含摆线轮修形、轴承游隙、齿轮多体接触的RV减速器动力学仿真模型,运用多体动力学计算仿真,检验摆线轮特定齿廓修形条件下RV减速器角传动误差和不同轴承游隙等级的减速器角传动误差,为多体动力学仿真研究摆线轮修形和轴承游隙对RV减速器角传动误差的影响提供了一种新的建模思路方法。
In order to study the influence of modification of cycloid gear and bearing clearance on angular transmission error of RV reducer,based on the multi-body dynamics simulation technology,multi-body contact between gears is established by combining with the most advanced mixed contact checking algorithm rely on relative coordinate contact configuration space method and boundary box method,furthermore the spring force element is used to eliminate the redundant constraints in the dynamic simulation model,at the same time the bearing clearance is introduced,at last the dynamic simulation model of RV reducer containing the cycloid gear modification and bearing clearance is established.Then the angular transmission error of RV reducer under the condition of special tooth profile modification of cycloid gear and different quantity of bearings clearance are checked by multi-body dynamics simulation,which providing a new modeling ideas and methods for studying the effect of cycloid gear profile modification and bearing clearance on angle transmission of RV reducer with multi-body dynamics simulation.
