摘要
火电机组在顺序阀方式下运行时,汽轮机重叠度区受一次调频扰动,高压调节阀摆动幅度大,易引起油管振动,影响机组的安全稳定运行。根据高压调节阀流量特性将重叠度区划分为振荡区和补偿区,处于振荡区的调节阀在一次调频动作时不响应预定的调频分量,同时采用等效补偿原理将前者未响应的调频分量叠加在处于补偿区的调节阀调频分量上。这样既保证了机组对一次调频的快速响应能力,又降低了重叠度区内调节阀的摆动幅度,提高了汽轮机组运行的安全稳定性。
While running at the overlap region of sequence valve mode,the swing of regulating valve of the turbine generators was fierce after enabling primary frequency compensation,which could easily cause the pipeline vibration and affect the safe and stable operation of the unit.According to the flow characteristic of control valve,the overlapping region was divided into the oscillating regionand,the compensating region,and the regulating valve running at the oscillating region did not respond to the primary frequency compensation,which scheduled to be,and the un-responsive frequency-modulating component of formeris superimposed on the regulating valve,which running at the compensating region by the principle of equivalent compensation.It not only could ensure the unit′s ability of quickly respond to primary frequency compensation,but also reduce the comprehensive swing amplitude of the regulating valve in the overlap region,and improve the safety and stability of the turbine generators.
